Service Description

This integrated preschool program follows our EXERSHINEkids structure, and is an introduction to group cooperative exercise, designed to target core strength, body awareness, motor planning, and balance, in addition to practicing preschool readiness skills such as attention, turn taking, and circle time. Children in this group will sing songs, play group movement games and participate in age appropriate obstacle courses. Children will also learn exercises and strategies for focus that they can practice at home. *Please note, if your child requires 1:1 therapist support for successful participation in a therapeutic setting with peers, please email Amy@kidshine-ot.com. *A make-up week will be held the week of August 21st.
